The tray washer is a kind of tunnel industrial washing machine, which is mainly used for disinfection of the associated incubation equipment, the incubation plate, the hatching tray and the container. It is composed of water pump device, sprinkler, shelf drive device, tank and the control system.

The equipment uses three levels of water recycling technology, which can save up to 70% of rinse water for second time use. The tray washer cleans the trays efficiently while at the same time conserves a lot of manpower energy, so it is especially popular among large or medium sized hatcheries and incubation workshops of bio-pharmaceutical factories.

Characteristics
1. Pre-wash, the cleaning part and the rinse are the major steps of the whole procedure. And it can also be determined by the customers according to their needs.
2. The machine is made of stainless steel with high quality stainless water pump so that the cleaning pressure can reach to 3~10kg/cm2 . Besides, the imported nozzle unit is easy to remove for cleaning in order to adjust the nozzle direction.
3.The conveyor speed is controlled by an inverter to meet different washing requirements. Both the pre-wash and the cleaning part have filter systems, and the filter tank is easy to remove for cleaning.
4. The machine is operated by two workers, so it is water saving with the water consumption 0.5 tons/hour.
5. On both sides of the tunnel, a wide detachable observation window is set up for easy maintenance and repair of the machine.
