The governor of An’hui Province, Mr. Wang Xuejun, made a special trip to the base of Industrialization of Gu County Hundred-Million Broilers for research and made guidance on January 12, 2014 during his inspection to Bengbu City. EI Electronics provides the whole set of breeding equipment and technology support for the project. At the present, installation and commissioning of the first-stage almost completed basically. After the project finishes up in 2015, annual breeding scale of the 60 farm for broilers will reach 10 million.
The governor visited No. 16 farm. He was very happy seeing rows of neat steel-frame poultry houses and feeding silos. President of the 41st Institute of China Electronics Technology group Corporation, Mr. Li Ligong, introduced the most advanced control system—EI-3000 Controller to the governor. The controller controls all equipment in the poultry house including ventilation, cooling, heating and humidification, feed supply, feeding, watering and video surveillance, etc, to create a comfortable environment for the broilers. The governor cared about breeding quantity of each house, return of each broiler after slaughter, conversion rate of feed, energy consumption and saving of the houses, investment of the steel-frame houses, equipment and facilities, supporting equipment of slaughter, refrigeration and organic treatment of the waste. He was very excited when he heard that this project only spent three months in constructing modern breeding farms with highest standard domestically. He said: "You’ve made fast construction. This is very nice. Achievements of scientific research need being transformed to productivity speedily. Early combination of development and manufacture can create advanced equipment early and bring more benefits”.
After the visit, the governor mentioned his ardent hope to President Li: "You’ve already made a development from equipment sales to device characterization. You can establish a new set of standards of Chinese breeding industry and build a fresh pattern of high-end breeding domestically. Meanwhile, it also needs to increase transformation force of scientific achievements and productivity so as to create more profits with lowest energy consumption and reasonable solutions”. President Li said: "We will bring the new tasks back to take serious analysis and research as well as to perfect technology criteria. The remaining project will be better and more in line with the need of modern breeding with large-scale.
