This is the scientific research building for the CETC 41st Institute Qingdao branch. It was built up in 1992, mainly used for the development and production of electronic measuring instrument. By virtue of the technical advantage, currently, the building is mainly employed for the development of the applied electronic technology for the industry of poultry raising, fire fighting, tobacco, and communication equipment.
Covering 8,000 square meters in area, the precision machining centre is equipped with over 40 sets of numerical control processing equipment and testing device, such as high-speed milling machining centre and low speed wire electrical discharge machining from Switzerland, turning centre and CNC metal plate processing centre from Germany, among others.
The electronic measuring instrument engineering centre covers an area of 24,000 square meters. It is our manufacturing, assembling, debugging, and testing centre for electronic component applied on the measurement and control system.
2. Production Equipment and Production LineThis is the assembly line for the egg trolley of tunnel type incubator. It helps improve the production efficiency, greatly.
Here is the assembly line for the control cabinet of the incubation equipment. Averagely, the assembly speed is about 7 minutes per set. The on-line monitoring ensures strict testing on each test point and wiring.
Electric fitting assembly workshop
Possessing surface mounted technology (SMT), this production line is specially constructed to install and weld the surface mounted components onto the printed-circuit board, automatically. The strict monitoring guarantees the elimination of unqualified soldering.
3. First Class Processing EquipmentImported welding robot for welding structural parts, such as frame of the egg trolley for tunnel type incubator.
This is the finish machining workshop for the production of important precision element, such as fan axle, nozzle for air moistening, etc.
Our CNC steel plate shearer is introduced for cutting sheet metal parts accurately, for example, the stainless steel roof for the egg trolley, rear folded plate, and so on.
Particularly suitable for high precision stamping of sheet metal parts, the imported numerical control press is generally employed for the stamping and moulding of air circulation type egg trolley.
The CNC bending machine is introduced for the bending of sheet metal parts. It is generally used in the production of tunnel and fan frame of air circulation type incubator.
Mainly used for the production of upper and lower baffle of the egg trolley, the CNC punching machine is employed for high precision stamping.
Aluminium profile machining centre
Here is the plate processing equipment. It is generally used for punching holes on the plate of the incubation equipment.
Automatic cabinet plate bonding device
This is the environmental laboratory. It is mainly used for inspecting and testing the electronic components and assembly parts. Poor environmental conditions can be created to observe the operating conditions of the electronic parts and assemblies, ensuring reliable operation of the product under normal conditions.
4. Qingdao YIAI Electronic Industrial ParkQingdao YIAI Electronic Industrial Park covers an area of 67,000 square meters. The construction is divided into three phases. Currently, the first-phase construction is almost completed, with the designed annual productivity of 5000 sets of incubators, automatic equipment and environment control device for incubation.
